We strongly recommend that you read them carefully before proceeding with the purchase of any product, as your purchase implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. By confirming an order on Incanto, you declare that you are at least 18 years old (or have the permission of your parents or legal guardians) and agree to the terms and conditions set out here.

If you do not agree, we ask you not to use the Incanto website or purchase the products. For clarity, it should be noted that partial acceptance of these terms and conditions is not permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and Incanto.

If you have not fully or partially read these terms and conditions, we assume no risk and will be exempt from any liability, even if you were permitted to do so.

Payment

Until payment has been made, the products remain the property of Incanto. If the payment is refused or any other issue arises, we reserve the right not to send the items.

The price applied to your order is the one established at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed. Your credit card details are not stored, ensuring a safe and secure payment process.

Delivery

Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included in our services. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are applied according to the regulations of the destination country of the goods.

Our customers always come first, and we do everything possible to offer excellent quality products and a seamless experience. However, something may occasionally go wrong. Therefore, if there are issues with the item you have received, we will do our best to resolve the situation and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Depending on where you live, you have the legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("CCRs") or equivalent consumer legislation in the EU. This means that, for a defined period, if you change your mind or for any other reason decide you no longer want the products you purchased, you can inform us of your decision to cancel the order. If you have already received your order, you will need to return the items you do not wish to keep. Please note that all return shipping costs for items in good condition are the responsibility of the customer.

If the order was placed from a country outside the EU, additional charges such as customs duties or taxes may apply for the return, and you are responsible for paying these additional costs.

The items to be returned must not have been used and must be returned in their original condition; each return is inspected upon delivery.

Returned items must have the original tags, but the return packaging does not necessarily need to be the same as the shipping packaging. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the items being returned are properly packed to avoid damage during transport. If a returned item arrives in inadequate condition, we will return it to you and will not be able to proceed with the refund. Refunds for returned items will be credited to the payment method used at the time of the order.

In the event we do not receive your cancelled order, we may arrange a collection at your expense.

Furthermore, if we notice unusual behaviour in return activities, such as suspecting that a user is using their purchases excessively before returning them, or if the returned items do not match what was ordered, we may need to deactivate the account and any associated accounts.

Returns and Refunds

If the items do not meet quality standards or if you have received incorrect products, you have the right, according to the legal procedure, to request the replacement of the items with others that meet the correct quality or you have the right to a refund.

If you wish to return a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at info@incantocover.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If we have made an error, take photos of the faulty or incorrect item and attach them to the first return email explaining the situation.

If you do not provide a valid reason for returning the item or proceed with the return shipment without previously contacting us, we will not be able to refund your purchase.

Refunds for returned items will be credited to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Incanto will cover all shipping costs for the return of faulty or incorrect items.

Your Incanto Account

As a customer, you are responsible for the personal information you provide us while using the website.

A customer must never use their account in an illegal, offensive way or in any manner that could damage Incanto.

In the case of suspicious activities, we reserve the right to remove or suspend your account. It is strictly prohibited to use someone else's Incanto account without their permission.

Warranty

We are committed to providing you with products of excellent quality.

The warranty included with our products is valid for the terms established by the applicable law.

Our quality warranty does not limit or affect your legal rights in the event of the purchase of faulty items.

Each item for sale on our site includes a warranty with a specific duration. The Incanto warranty covers factory defects. It is important to note that the warranty does not cover faults or defects not attributable to us or the manufacturer. The warranty is not valid if the defect or damage was caused by negligence, carelessness, external influences, natural wear and tear, or improper use and maintenance.

Website Usage

The following uses of the website are prohibited:

• Uploading illegal, vulgar, or offensive material that violates the law.
• Interfering negatively with other users' use or enjoyment of the website.
• Copying designs or other content that are the intellectual property of Incanto.
• Using content uploaded by other customers without their consent.

It is prohibited to misuse or tamper with the website, such as hacking, introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, carrying out denial of service attacks, etc., or otherwise interfering with Incanto’s technology and functionality, or stealing customer data from Incanto.

It is prohibited to use automated systems or software to extract data from our website.

If you violate these rules, you will be liable for Incanto's losses. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Incanto, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates from any third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your use of the website or breach of the Terms of Service.
