Where do your shipments come from?

Our shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Europe.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

To ensure fast shipping, we kindly ask that you request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests after this period. If necessary, your order can be returned for a full refund after you have received it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 working days after being placed, with dispatch occurring the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship over the weekend.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, delivery of your order may take anywhere from 2 to 16 working days depending on your country. You can find more details in the dedicated section.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 working days of placing it, you are entitled to a full refund.

Will I be subject to customs charges and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site do not include taxes. However, you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon receiving your order, according to your country’s customs policies. Payment of these potential fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

What happens if the item(s) I receive are faulty/incorrect/damaged?

If you have received faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods, please contact us immediately. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the received item. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days after receiving the return or cancellation request. For specific information on your card credit, we advise you to contact your bank or credit card company directly.

Do your cases support Wireless charging?

Yes, you can charge your phone without removing the case.

Are your cases compatible with MagSafe® accessories?

Only those in the “MagSafe Tough Cases” section. Compatibility is not guaranteed with non-Apple branded chargers.
