Refund policy

To return your item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@incantocover.com. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, take a photo of the defect or wrong product and attach it to your initial return email, explaining what went wrong.
If you do not provide a valid reason for returning the item or proceed with the return shipment without contacting us first, we will not be able to refund your purchase.
Refunds for returned items will be credited through the original payment method you used at the time of ordering.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The returned item must not have been used and must be shipped in its original packaging.
To avoid any issues, please make sure to write "RETURNED ITEM" on the package.
